Martin Wayne Ascher, 70, of Junction City, KS, passed away on May 10, 2021. Johnson Funeral of Junction City is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.

A private family inurnment is scheduled for a later date.

Memorials are suggested to Immanuel Lutheran Church, 630 South Eisenhower Dr., Junction City, KS, 66441.

Martin was born on January 24, 1951, in Junction City, Kansas, to Clyde and Mae (Baresel) Ascher. He lived in Junction City all his life and worked for many years as a truck driver for Geary County Public Works.

Martin is survived by his loving family: his three siblings, Terry Ascher of Junction City, KS, Dennis Ascher of Manhattan Beach, CA and Helen (John) Kovac of Junction City, KS; and a host of loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
