Sheryl K. Bleakley, 77, of Junction City, Kansas, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023. Cremation will take place. Family will announce a service time at a later date.

She was born on April 17, 1945, in Junction City, Kansas to Max and Ruth (Dowdell) Foland.

Sheryl was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family, as often as she could. Sheryl was an amazing cook and showed her love through food.

On December 28, 1962, she married Dial Bleakley, and together they raised three boys.

Sheryl is survived by her loving husband, Dial of the home; three sons, David (Dorothy) Bleakley of Glenwood Springs, Colorado, Keith (Cindy) Bleakley of Topeka, Kansas, Kent (Lori) Bleakley of Topeka, Kansas; eight grandchildren, Matthew, Connor, Nathan, Heather, Katelyn, Cole, Jeff, Katie; six great grandchildren; and her sister, Janice (Danny) Goodman of Junction City, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Donald Cobb.
