Mary (Lolly) V. Hibberd (nee Graber), 72, of Milford, KS, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2023, in Topeka, KS. Lolly was born June 16, 1951, to Jerome and Mary (nee Tindle) Graber in Chicago, IL.

Lolly graduated from St. Cajetan grade school, Chicago, in 1965, Academy of Our Lady High School, Chicago, in 1969, College of St. Francis, Joliet, IL, in 1973, and Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, in 1975. She worked as a speech pathologist until her retirement.

Lolly married Gregory A. Hibberd on July 18, 1981, in Chicago, IL.

Lolly was preceded in death by her father Jerome F. Graber, sister Susan A. Graber, lifelong best friend Ann Mabbott Jones, and beloved husband Gregory A. Hibberd.

Lolly is survived by her mother Mary E. Graber, sister Karen (Edward) Raftery, brother Jerome (Nancy) F. Graber, Jr, brother Gerald (Marlene) Graber, brother James (Loretta) Graber, sister Lisa Graber, sister Lynne (the late Robert) McGreal, and sister Elizabeth (Daniel) Devane, many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Lolly was a devout Catholic, with a strong devotion to the Blessed Mother. She deeply loved her husband of 42 years, Greg, who preceded her in death by one day. She loved life on the farm with Greg in Milford and befriended all of the barn cats. She loved to laugh, had a great sense of humor, and was a lover of good food.

In lieu of flowers, donations made in Lolly's memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN would be greatly appreciated. (https://www.stjude.org)

Funeral Mass will be held for Lolly and Greg on August 3, 2023, 11:00 AM at St. Xavier Catholic Church in Junction City, KS. Interment to follow at Kansas Veterans' Cemetery.
