Kansas Veterans' Cemetery
Hannelore Enfield, 82, of Junction City, passed away on October 21, 2023, at Stormont-Vail Healthcare, Topeka, Kansas. A public graveside service will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023, 1:00 p.m. at Kansas Veterans' Cemetery where both Roscoe and Hannelore will be laid to rest at the same time. Military honors will be given by Fort Riley Honor Team.

Hannelore was born on December 29, 1940, to Fritz and Anna (Gebele) Reiner in Boblingen, Germany. She married Roscoe in 1959. She supported her husband throughout his military career and chose to raise their family in Kansas.

She enjoyed years of walking South Park with her many friends and family. She also enjoyed her mini vacations, trips to the casinos, and thrift stores. She loved her roses, flowers, and watching wildlife in her backyard.

Spending time with her family, playing Skipbo, was one of her most favorite past times.

Her kind hearted personality will be missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her four children, Norman (Susan) Enfield, Loraine Arbuckle, Joleen Schnurr, and Diana (Mike) Schnurr; one sister, Renate of Germany, eight grandchildren, and one great-grandson.

She was preceded by her husband, parents, brother, and son-in-law.
