After graduating from Junction City High School, Ramone attended Kansas State University where he earned a degree in Animal Science. Ramone's love for life was contagious. He approached everything passionately: life, faith, family, work, and his hobbies. He enjoyed running, dancing, cheer leading, and traveling, cheering for his home teams, the K-State Wildcats and the Junction City Blue Jays, held special memories near and dear to his heart. He treasured his time with his family, his teammates, and his close friends. Ramone was a good friend to many.
We will cherish forever the time Ramone spent with us, the joy he brought to each one of us as he touched the heart of everyone who was fortunate enough to be part of his life. His exuberance for life warmed hearts, and his smile lighted up a room.
Ramone was preceded in death by his father, James Russell Lowe; his grandfathers, Elwood Sleet and Warren Lowe; and his grandmother, Twila
Dawn Lowe.
He is survived by his mother, Mary E. Lowe; brothers, Rolando D. Stateman, Harding D. Hyche, and James R. Lowe,Jr.; sisters, Roleeta D. Lowe, Regine D. Hyche, and Jai' Lyn Lowe; aunts and uncles, Anna Keene, Mona Sleet, Alice Sleet, Darlene Lowe, Beth Lowe, Donald Sleet, William Sleet, John Lowe, Phil Lowe and Felix Keene; grandmother, Dorothy Sleet; his step-mother, Shannon Lowe and his best four-legged friend, Prince Da Boss Lowe.
